You can exchange or return products purchased through the online store in two ways:


  1. Exchange at Amelia & Ava physical stores: you can come to our store and go to the Customer Service and Exchange Department.
  2. Exchange or Return via Posting in the Post Office: in this case, you must contact the online store's customer service channels (chat, phone and/or Amelia & Ava's website) to open the exchange or return request and follow the return instructions that will be sent by e-mail, not forgetting to also send the invoice for the purchased product.

You can choose the following delivery options:


  • Pick up at store: In this option there is no freight charge.
  • Normal: It is the mode of freight with the most economical value and the longest delivery time.
  • Express: It is the freight mode with the highest value and the shortest delivery time.
  • Scheduled: Shipping option valid only for cities in the state, allows you to select the date and period for delivery of the order. There is no additional cost for this service, however, it is necessary to consult the possible delivery dates before finalizing your purchase.

What forms of payment can I use?


You can choose to pay for your purchases by bank transfer, Debit Card and other Credit Cards.


On your Credit Card you can pay your purchases in up to 5 installments without interest or in 8 installments with interest*.
